Hectic schedule leading to loss of glow
Shalini is blessed with natural beauty and great skin – all we had to do was create plans she could follow with her hectic routine.
Shalini was already conscious of what she eats, but that was not enough. Mone took her hectic schedule into consideration to plan the radiance diet Her office timings, and since she manages digital marketing for India’s leading hotel chain, the extra hours she has to put in once back home was also taken into consideration.
Mone encouraged Shalini to introduce fruits in her diet in place of namkeens for breakfast. She was asked to get namkeens prepared at home on the weekend and carry them to office daily – giving her a variety of options which covered major food groups. Indian lunch with rice (Shalini loves her rice) followed and tikkas, cheelas and other foods for dinner helped clear inner toxins!
The first thing we had to accept was – meetings would disrupt daily dietary plans. Mone’s focus was on creating meals that had satiety value – for example, instead of rice puffs opt for millet puffs for the 4.00 of clock snack. Introduce a chapati with rice for lunch – and encourage her to have her homemade namkeens with one slice of pizza instead of 2-3 slices of pizza during a meeting.
