At TvachaByMone we do not recommend one diet plan for a glowing skin - but rather suggest you opt for a personalised plan suiting your lifestyle. However, one tip we recommend is stop eating processed foods and focus on fresh, local and seasonal foods.
Fresh, organic, local and seasonal foods are necessary to improve the quality of a person’s skin. Make sure you know what suits your routine and body type before introducing a food into your diet. Experiment with the foods to identify what suits you and what does not suit you.
First thing stop eating processed sugar, and all processed foods. Do not skip meals and opt for home cooked meals in a good oil or ghee. Set meal times and stick to them at all times, and make sure you are getting 7-9 hours of sleep to empower your body to utilise the nutrients effectively.
