A bald patch on my hairline was alarming – but Mone put me on a strict diet, supplements and hair care routine. The result is there for all to see!
Prominent and visible bald patch on hairline
Archana was going through menopause as well as work stress – it led to high cortisol levels and for a person who always prided her hair, the bald patch was depressing.
Archana is a vegetarian who loved eating potatoes and rice – a high carb diet that was low on protein. We first recommended a higher intake of protein – chanas, rajmah, lobia and sprouts. She was encouraged to have these in the afternoon with rice followed by paneer and soups in the evening. The balanced diet started showing results both on the hairline and skin.
Analysis of Archana’s blood report showed deficiencies in minerals and vitamins. Our certified nutritionist recommended vitamin intake including iron, magnesium, calcium and Vitamin D. We also recommended that she re-start meditation to calm her nerves and prevent stress (cortisol) build up. During our counselling sessions, we focused on how the diet and supplements were helping improve both the hairline and skin.
We also provided counselling to Archana for the right hair care products and routine to follow. A sulphate free shampoo was suggested along with the right method for oiling and conditioning the hair. While Archana was aware of these procedures, her work routine got in the way and it was then we recommended products that helped with hair loss and the bald patch.

I have always had long, thick hair, and it has been my pride. However, when I hit menopause: it came with Thyroid, High BP, Covid and heavy work stress. The hair loss was already terrifying but the bald patch added to my stress. Mone helped me realise the root causes - and addressed them. Knowing the reasons has helped me incorporate the right proteins and minerals to make the patch go away in less than 4 months.
